Richard provides Mensura guidance in larger corporate strategy, evaluation of technology companies and advice in transactional considerations. With $300,000 in investment capital, Richard founded and operated Industrial Logic Corporation (“ILC”), until it was sold in 2006 for $27 million. ILC marketed proprietary network control systems domestically and internationally for both commercial and government customers. In building ILC, Richard developed and implemented strategic plans, built management teams and developed extensive sales channels. In addition to negotiating complicated contracts with multi-national corporations, governments and institutions, he has sold businesses, building expertise in coordinating the transactional process and managing investment bankers, attorneys and other parties. Richard earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS).
